This opportunity spans from mid-February through mid-May of 2027, with a full-time schedule, allowing you to support students’ growth and learning in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid COTA license from South Carolina is required
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills to work alongside a supervising OT
  • Ability to efficiently manage a caseload that includes treating 9-10 students daily in 30-minute individual sessions

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with one of the district's experienced Occupational Therapists across several elementary campuses
  • Deliver direct, individualized interventions tailored to students’ IEP goals
  • Document daily therapy sessions and progress
  • Travel between assigned school locations, ensuring each student receives quality, consistent care
  • Engage in regular communication with teachers and other support staff to maximize student development
  • Maintain compliance with district and state record-keeping
  • Adapt therapy plans as student needs evolve throughout your assignment
