This contract opportunity runs ASAP through the end of the school year, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. In this position, you’ll play a vital part in helping young learners reach their full potential, working alongside educators and licensed occupational therapists.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Pennsylvania state licensure as a COTA
  • Previous experience with school-aged children is preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse elementary caseload effectively

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions under the direction of an occupational therapist for students in elementary grades
  • Assist students in developing functional skills for classroom participation and daily living
  • Support IEP implementation and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to support each child’s unique goals
  • Adapt therapy sessions to meet the varying needs of the students
