Qualifications and Experience:

  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active Pennsylvania COTA license
  • Experience working with school-aged children or in a school setting preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of IEP-directed therapies for elementary-level students
  • Assist the occupational therapist in developing and executing student-centered intervention plans
  • Collect data and document student progress toward therapeutic goals
  • Encourage student engagement in activities improving motor skills, daily living tasks, and classroom participation
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with school staff and families
