- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to meet each student’s unique needs
- Organizational skills and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing educational setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the supervising Occupational Therapist in delivering direct and consultative services to students
- Implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Document student progress and assist with data collection for IEP meetings
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to intervention planning, and share insights on student progress
- Foster a welcoming, supportive environment that encourages student participation and achievement
