Desired Qualifications:

- Current certification as a COTA.

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services as outlined in students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement treatment strategies supporting students’ fine motor, sensory, and self-help skill development.
- Assist in documenting student progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
- Adapt and modify classroom materials or activities to meet students’ unique needs.
- Use creative problem-solving to support student engagement and functional independence.
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure seamless support.
