Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active COTA license in Washington State
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of pediatric and adolescent therapy practices
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and settings
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside occupational therapists to implement treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Provide direct therapy services focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, activities of daily living, and classroom participation
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of treatment progress and session notes
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school-based professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Support IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings by reporting student progress and offering recommendations
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Help develop resources and materials to engage students and enhance therapy outcomes
