Qualifications:
- Active COTA certification and current state licensure
- Solid background in school-based occupational therapy practices
- Experience supporting children with diverse needs in an educational or healthcare setting

- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and fellow clinicians
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs/504 plans
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills to foster independence and academic success
- Track student progress, document sessions, and prepare timely, accurate reports
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary school team to ensure holistic student support
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and family consultations as needed
