As a vital member of a supportive early learning team, you will work closely with educators and therapists to deliver impactful occupational therapy services to a diverse population of students. This assignment spans from immediately through June 23, 2027, and centers around an Early Learning Center caseload. Your expertise will enable students to achieve developmental milestones and classroom success.
What you’ll bring:
- Active COTA or OT license in Washington State
- Fingerprinting clearance through OSPI (or willingness to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience as a COTA in a school environment
- Strong collaboration skills with educators and multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to supporting early learners in a dynamic, inclusive setting
- Commitment to a full-time, onsite schedule (37.5 hours per week)
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy interventions
- Support IEP development and implementation alongside special educators
- Collect and interpret student data to inform treatment planning
- Engage families and staff to promote student participation and progress
- Document services and progress in accordance with school and district guidelines
