Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising occupational therapists
• Work directly with students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in line with district and regulatory standards
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic activities in classroom settings
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and educational teams
