- Current or pending licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Tennessee
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy interventions designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Work closely with students, teachers, and families to support progress toward educational and developmental milestones
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school district and federal regulations
- Assist with assessments and the preparation of materials for interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings as requested and contribute valuable insights regarding student needs
