Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid COTA licensure for the state
  • Experience working in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation
  • Ability to adapt interventions and support to a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services as directed by supervising OTs within an elementary caseload
  • Support students’ participation in classroom and school activities by addressing fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Communicate progress and collaborate with teachers and parents to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
