Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students according to the educational plan developed by an Occupational Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized strategies to support student participation and progress in classroom activities
• Adapt and modify activities or classroom environments to enhance student independence
• Maintain detailed and timely records of student sessions, progress reports, and communications
• Collaborate actively with teachers, school staff, families, and other professionals
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of student-centered goals
