- Familiarity with educational documentation and IEP process is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of individualized occupational therapy programs under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
- Work directly with students, helping them develop essential fine motor, sensory, and functional skills within the classroom setting
- Document progress and collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and caregivers on student achievements and ongoing objectives
- Assist in the implementation of strategies and accommodations to enhance participation and learning
- Contribute to IEP meetings and assist with the creation of progress reports as requested
- Maintain compliance with all school district, state, and federal guidelines for therapy documentation and processes
