Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of individualized occupational therapy programs under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
  • Work directly with students, helping them develop essential fine motor, sensory, and functional skills within the classroom setting
  • Document progress and collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and caregivers on student achievements and ongoing objectives
  • Assist in the implementation of strategies and accommodations to enhance participation and learning
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and assist with the creation of progress reports as requested
  • Maintain compliance with all school district, state, and federal guidelines for therapy documentation and processes
