Primary Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the direction of a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Conduct group and individual occupational therapy sessions to build student skills
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and professional standards
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support classroom modifications and accommodations
- Educate students and families on strategies for classroom and daily living success
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
