School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Kent, Washington

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid COTA license (Washington state eligible or in process)
• Previous experience in school settings is strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy programs as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Assist in student assessments and help track progress toward IEP goals
• Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate student records following district protocols
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment in both individual and group settings
• Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and other school personnel regarding student progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as requested
