Key Qualifications:

  • Active COTA license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Familiarity with IEPs and documentation practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
  • Support students’ functional participation in classroom activities and daily routines
  • Assist in developing and executing IEP goals tailored to each student’s abilities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by school and regulatory guidelines
  • Communicate regularly with educators, parents, and other related service providers to ensure a team-based approach to student success
  • Participate in meetings and ongoing professional learning as needed
