Key Qualifications:
- Active COTA license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs and documentation practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Support students’ functional participation in classroom activities and daily routines
- Assist in developing and executing IEP goals tailored to each student’s abilities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by school and regulatory guidelines
- Communicate regularly with educators, parents, and other related service providers to ensure a team-based approach to student success
- Participate in meetings and ongoing professional learning as needed
