Qualifications & Experience:

• Active COTA license in Tennessee, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in schools or pediatrics preferred
• Skilled in executing treatment plans under OT supervision
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Positive, flexible, and adaptable mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy and intervention plans designed by a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support students’ development of fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills within the school setting
• Collect and report data on student progress; maintain compliance with documentation standards
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and caregivers regarding student needs and strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Assist in the adaptation of school environments and materials for student access
