Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Active California COTA license required
  • Experience supporting students in a school-based setting preferred

  • Comfortable managing diverse caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Skilled in implementing occupational therapy interventions under the direction of an OT

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and adjust treatment plans
  • Support the development of adaptive skills in areas such as fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care
  • Collect data and document student progress toward goals
  • Communicate regularly with educators and parents regarding strategies and student needs
  • Participate in team meetings and professional learning sessions
  • Maintain compliance with documentation and timelines as required by school guidelines
