Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current COTA license in the state of California
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Ability to adapt to various school environments (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

Primary Responsibilities:
• Support students in developing fine and gross motor skills, self-care, and classroom participation
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and report on outcomes
• Communicate regularly with the supervising Occupational Therapist, teachers, and families
• Assist in creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
• Help modify classroom materials and routines to accommodate students’ needs
