Job Title: Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an OT
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Support students with physical, sensory, and developmental needs in both one-on-one and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to reinforce therapy goals within the classroom
• Track and document student progress and communicate observations to the supervising OT
• Support the use of adaptive strategies and equipment to enhance student participation and success

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
