Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Missouri
• Experience in pediatric, educational, or school-based settings highly preferred
• Ability to serve a caseload of approximately 32 students, providing 800 minutes of direct services weekly
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to manage scheduling across multiple locations
• Effective communication and collaborative approach with school personnel

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to assigned students, following individualized education plans
• Develop and implement activities under the supervision of occupational therapists
• Document sessions and progress according to school and district protocols
• Contribute to team meetings as required and maintain open communication with staff and families
• Manage travel and transitions between assigned school sites, ensuring all students are served
