Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current or pending COTA licensure in Maine
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric environment preferred

Responsibilities:

• Work closely under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct and indirect services to students
• Assist with the implementation of individualized therapy plans to support student participation and performance in educational activities
• Document sessions and student progress, maintaining compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing student evaluations
• Adapt and modify materials or activities to meet student needs
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student success
