Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across five sites for the 2026-2027 school year! This full-time position offers the unique chance to collaborate with a dedicated OT while providing Occupational Therapy Assistant services to a diverse PreK-8th grade caseload of approximately 65 students. What you'll need to succeed in this role:

  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Experience within a school setting highly preferred
  • Knowledge of therapeutic interventions suitable for early childhood through middle school populations
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills for working alongside OTs, educators, and families
  • Ability to manage documentation for student progress and related compliance
  • Organizational skills for balancing responsibilities across multiple sites

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to PreK-8th grade students alongside an OT
  • Supporting the implementation of treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Assisting in assessments and progress reporting
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation and independence in school activities
  • Traveling between five district locations as assigned
