Desired Qualifications:
- Active COTA certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred
- Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies for students of all ages (K–12)
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and organized approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services and support using goals established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Help students achieve IEP objectives and participate fully in school activities
- Document student progress, prepare reports, and update records according to school protocols
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to adapt activities and environments
- Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insights to support student growth
This part-time contract position is scheduled for two days per week, with immediate start through the end of the school year. You’ll enjoy the variety and satisfaction that comes with serving a diverse K–12 student population, all while working in a supportive and positive school environment.
