Qualifications & Experience:
- Active or eligible COTA certification
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Enthusiasm for contributing to student success and team collaboration
- Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to diverse needs and adjustment plans as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed OT
- Assist with implementing and tracking individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain accurate case files in accordance with school policies
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to integrate therapy into daily routines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing student assessments
