Key Qualifications:
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric occupational therapy setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress tracking, and goal documentation
- Ability to adapt to changing student needs and collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary-age students as specified in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to implement interventions and support student progress
- Collect data, document sessions, and communicate updates to therapy teams and families
- Assist in developing customized strategies, modifications, and adaptive tools for classroom participation
- Encourage motor development, sensory regulation, and self-care skills in daily school activities
- Participate in meetings, staff training, and ongoing professional development
