Key Qualifications:

• Current COTA certification and relevant licensure in California
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to implement treatment plans under the supervision of an OT

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in carrying out occupational therapy treatment plans designed by the supervising OT
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to improve fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Document sessions, maintain accurate records, and participate in meetings as required
• Utilize a variety of tools and therapeutic strategies to promote student engagement
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor and report on student progress, making recommendations as appropriate
