Key Qualifications:

• Current COTA certification and licensure in Arizona
• Experience working in schools or with school-aged children (PreK-12th grade preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop rapport and trust with students of varying ages and abilities
• Familiarity with IEP goals/documentation and educational team processes
• Commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic interventions in a school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs across all grade levels
• Support the implementation of individualized student goals and accommodations
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, and families to foster student success
• Track student progress and participate in documentation as required by school guidelines
• Contribute insights and feedback as part of a multidisciplinary support team
