Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - Mustang, OK

Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant on a full-time contract basis. This position serves K-12 students and begins as soon as possible, running through May 21, 2026. Located near Mustang, OK, you’ll work exclusively within your contracted hours, focusing on direct and indirect therapy services, without additional non-therapy responsibilities such as bus or parent pickup duties.

Key Qualifications:

• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) licensure required
• Prior experience in a school setting or working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, therapists, and families
• Ability to adapt service delivery across various grade levels
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Major Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to K-12 students according to IEP goals
• Track progress and document therapy outcomes in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to tailor interventions and support student success
• Participate in student evaluations, assessments, and meetings as needed
