Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as prescribed in IEPs or 504 plans
  • Assist the occupational therapist in developing and modifying treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement classroom modifications and accommodations
  • Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings
  • Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
  • Engage families and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing updates and strategies
