Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in New Castle, DE

What we’re seeking:

• Active Delaware COTA license (required)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy
• Availability to work Monday through Friday onsite
• Willingness to complete all required onboarding: $85 CBC fingerprinting, TB test where applicable, Child Protective Registry Check, and full completion of the contractor packet
• Professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to support students’ educational goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and occupational therapists
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress effectively
• Travel to and manage caseloads across multiple school sites within the district

• Contractor packet review may take up to 5 business days; badge appointments are scheduled upon approval
