Qualifications and Experience:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active COTA certification and state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in a school setting or pediatric care preferred

• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized and group therapy sessions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist students in developing fine motor, coordination, and adaptive skills to support classroom success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of personalized intervention plans
• Maintain a supportive, positive attitude with students and school colleagues
