- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic activities during school hours
- Document and monitor student progress, reporting observations and recommendations to supervising therapists and educators
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for ongoing student support
- Engage with classroom teachers to support integration of therapy goals into daily activities
- Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines concerning therapy delivery in a school setting
