Qualifications & Experience

• Associate’s degree from an accredited COTA program
• Current Kansas COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based COTA experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Passion for supporting students with various abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OT
• Track and report progress towards students’ individualized goals
• Support OTs with documentation and participation in IEP meetings, when necessary
• Foster positive relationships with students, educators, and families
• Travel weekly to assigned campus locations as determined by your self-directed schedule
• Adapt therapeutic activities to meet diverse student needs
