This full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position spans four schools—two elementary, one middle, and one high school—offering variety and the chance to make an impact at all grade levels. You'll be an essential support to the district's onsite Occupational Therapist, providing high-quality care for students and collaborating on interventions and strategies.
From August 25, 2026, through May 28, 2027, work 35 hours each week in a dynamic educational environment that values collaboration and student growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Current PA COTA licensure required
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to student-focused care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for diverse age groups and needs
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students under supervision of the district OT
- Assist with implementing IEPs and intervention plans in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support students’ functional skills development
- Contribute to progress monitoring and maintain accurate documentation
- Rotate between four school sites within the district based on student caseload
