- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the occupational therapist in delivering therapy services aligned with each student’s IEP and educational goals
- Implement activities and adaptive strategies to support students’ fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living abilities
- Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and contribute professional insights
- Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and data in compliance with all regulatory and school requirements
- Motivate and encourage students to develop confidence and independence within the school environment
- Communicate regularly with families and school staff to ensure a collaborative approach to student support
