Key Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
- Valid state COTA license
- Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Minimum of one year of recent experience, with preference for schools or pediatric settings
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist a licensed Occupational Therapist in delivering direct and consultative services to students
- Implement therapeutic interventions and activities to support students’ academic and functional success
- Track and report student progress, working closely with the OT to adapt strategies as needed
- Partner with educators, administrators, and families to address individual student needs and foster an inclusive environment
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
