Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current COTA license in California
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in assessing student needs and develop tailored intervention plans in collaboration with supervising OTs
  • Implement therapy activities and monitor student progress across various grade levels
  • Document session outcomes and maintain thorough records
  • Communicate regularly with educational staff and families to foster holistic student development
  • Support classroom participation, fine motor skills, and functional independence
  • Adapt activities and environments to maximize student engagement
