What we’re looking for:
- Current California COTA license required
- Experience providing services in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, teachers, and families
- A deep understanding of evidence-based occupational therapy practices for children and adolescents
- Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet varied developmental levels and unique student goals
- Flexibility, organization, and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students
- Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and refine intervention strategies
- Document student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and families
