What we’re looking for:

  • Current California COTA license required
  • Experience providing services in a K-12 school setting preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, teachers, and families
  • A deep understanding of evidence-based occupational therapy practices for children and adolescents
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet varied developmental levels and unique student goals
  • Flexibility, organization, and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment

In this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students
  • Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and refine intervention strategies
  • Document student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and families
  • Contribute to positive school culture by promoting adaptive and functional skills for all learners
