Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active COTA certification and licensure in California
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with a diverse K-12th grade caseload
- Strong communication, adaptability, and organization skills
- Confidence utilizing digital platforms and collaborating with a virtual OT supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed OT
- Execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, fellow therapists, and families to promote student success
- Contribute to assessments, data collection, and the creation of therapy materials
- Support students’ development of fine motor, sensory processing, and functional life skills
