Licensed Middle School Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Saint Robert, MO

Key Qualifications:

• Valid COTA license required
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, or high school level strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of school-based therapy practices and documentation standards
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt activities and interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Experience supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions to students as prescribed by supervising occupational therapist
• Assist in implementing and monitoring therapy goals within the student’s educational plan
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
