An opportunity is available for a dedicated and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide essential support in a K-12 school environment. This full-time, short-term contract role involves delivering occupational therapy services across multiple educational sites, enabling students to achieve their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored occupational therapy interventions to a caseload of 57 students.
- Deliver services across four school sites, including two primary and two middle schools.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs within the school setting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential is required.
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 populations.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and deliver services across multiple locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational environment.

Contract Details:
- Full-time position (7.7 hours per day)
- Short-term contract covering a 9-week maternity leave absence
- Expected start date between late January and early February
