Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active COTA license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in individualized treatment planning and data collection
• Ability to collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and other school personnel
• Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of a registered occupational therapist
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development in classroom and therapy settings
• Assist OT in the implementation of IEP goals and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaboration, and school team initiatives
• Help adapt classroom materials and environments to meet student needs
• Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and related service providers
