Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current COTA certification and Washington state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working with pediatric/ school-based populations preferred

- Collaborative mindset for working across multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adjust interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized therapy plans under the direction of supervising occupational therapists
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional life skills
- Deliver therapy in both one-on-one and group settings within the educational setting
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed, contributing observations and suggestions for student programming
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to optimize student participation and engagement
