Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid COTA license for Delaware or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Familiarity with IEPs and the special education environment is beneficial
  • Energetic, compassionate, and adaptable approach to student support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with occupational therapists to implement individualized educational and therapeutic plans
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Assist in evaluating student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Support student participation in classroom and daily school activities
  • Communicate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
