- Ability to adapt to dynamic school environments and diverse student needs
- Excellent organization and time management
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement therapy interventions as outlined in Individualized Education Programs
- Assist in assessments and goal-setting for students with various physical, developmental, or sensory challenges
- Document session notes and progress data accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to promote student success
