We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, school-based position in the Arizona area for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Details

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration as needed

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative educational team
