We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Tyler, TX.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve daily living and functional skills.
- Monitor patient progress and accurately document treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
Qualifications
- Current COTA license in the State of Texas.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
