Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active COTA licensure in the state
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to follow therapy plans as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Support student participation in classroom activities by adapting materials and strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the supervising Occupational Therapist to monitor and document student progress
• Assist with evaluations and implementation of intervention plans
• Maintain accurate, timely records and prepare necessary documentation
• Foster an engaging, inclusive environment that supports every learner’s growth
