Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must hold an active COTA license in Arizona
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Understanding of pediatric occupational therapy interventions
  • Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 35-40 students across a range of needs
  • Comfortable collaborating in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students according to IEP goals
  • Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and functional life skills
  • Track and document student progress and maintain required records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning process
  • Provide consultative services to teachers and staff to help implement student strategies in the classroom
  • Maintain ongoing communication with families and school team members
