Key Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active Pennsylvania state license and up-to-date clearances
  • Experience or genuine interest in providing occupational therapy services in school settings
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Compassionate, creative, and adaptable approach with students
  • Commitment to supporting students' functional and educational goals
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week within a structured school schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under licensed Occupational Therapist supervision
  • Deliver direct and consultative services to a dynamic elementary caseload
  • Document session notes, progress, and responses to interventions
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to foster student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing strategies and accommodations
  • Support students’ daily routines, independence, and participation in school activities
