Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Whitehall, PA

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license issued by Pennsylvania
• Up-to-date PA state clearances
• Previous school-based experience or enthusiasm for working in pediatric or educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students, following intervention plans established by the Occupational Therapist
• Assist in evaluating students’ functional abilities and progress
• Collaborate with school staff and families for integrated service delivery
• Maintain detailed and timely records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
• Support the therapy team with creating adaptive materials and participating in team meetings
